Tina Piotrowski, BSN, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Tina received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Northern Michigan University and her Master's Degree in Business Administration with a healthcare management concentration from Davenport University. Tina was the Executive Director of Metro Health OAM Surgery Center in Grand Rapids, where she directed business and service line development for an orthopedic-focused organization. She served as a past President of the Michigan Ambulatory Surgery Association, is on the Board of Ambulatory Surgery Certification, and holds the CASC designation as a Certified Administrator - Surgery Center. Tina has over 20 years of experience in ambulatory health care. She has successfully led organizations to achieve best-in-class outcomes in quality of care, cost savings to patients and payers, and overall financial performance.

Stefany Comeaux, BSN, CGRN
Director of Clinical Operations
Stefany has been a Registered Nurse since 2003 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Elmhurst College in Illinois in 2007. She has worked in both the Endoscopy and Peri-Operative departments at Copper Ridge Surgery Center since 2009 and is certified in the specialty of Gastroenterology. In her role as Director of Clinical Operations, she is committed to supporting all physicians, staff, and patients with dedication and purpose.
Stefany passionately pursues the organization’s mission to set the standard for excellence in outpatient surgical services throughout northern Michigan. She oversees the implementation of new procedures and service lines, fosters physician relations, provides clinical leadership to the Team Leaders, and ensures the efficient utilization of staff and resources—all to achieve exceptional patient outcomes for those served.

Lisa Lord, MSN, RN, CNOR

Ed Belanger
Facilities Manager
Ed brings over 25 years of expertise in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) and facilities operations.
Belanger most recently served as Director of Facilities and Plant Operations at Munson Medical Center. There he led a 40-person team responsible for the daily operations of more than 1.7 million square feet in a 442-bed hospital. His leadership focused on maintaining critical safety and compliance standards while fostering a work environment that supports employee growth and success.
Earlier in his career, Ed held key roles with Johnson Controls and Trane West Michigan, where he specialized in DDC programming, system startups, and customer training—further strengthening his technical foundation and commitment to operational excellence.
Ed holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University, a Bachelor’s degree in HVACR Engineering Technology, and an Associate’s degree in HVACR Technology, both from Ferris State University.

Claudia Ogden
Controller
Claudia Ogden joined Copper Ridge Surgery Center as Finance Controller in 2020. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing over 22 years of expertise in healthcare finance to the role.
At Copper Ridge, Claudia oversees accounting and financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic financial planning. She values the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, collaborating with medical providers to support their impactful work.
Claudia is passionate about healthcare finance and takes pride in contributing to the healthcare community through careful financial stewardship and dedication to operational excellence.

Marcy Hermann, SPHR
Human Resources Manager
Marcy joined CRSC in 2022 and is a member of the Leadership Team, where she applies strategic business practices, policy development, staffing, benefits, compensation, and other HR practices to support the organization and staff development. She has been in the Human Resources field for over 20 years and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute. Marcy is also a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and the Traverse Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA). Marcy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. What drew Marcy to her current position at CRSC is the patient-centric care she experienced for her family and a deep appreciation for the compassionate people providing that patient-centric healthcare.

Rosanne Sevenski, MHSA
Business Office Manager
Rosanne's background combines data analysis, budget management, strategic planning, software administration, and leadership expertise. In 2003, she obtained her Master's Degree in Healthcare Services Administration from the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelor's in Physiology from Michigan State University. Her healthcare career began in quality reporting and strategic planning, and she quickly progressed to a surgical business manager role. Her journey led her to the Southeast Michigan area, where she managed a large Hospitalist group at St. Joseph Hospital in Ann Arbor. In 2015, she returned to her roots in Northern Michigan, and in 2022, she took on the challenge of managing multiple ambulatory clinics within the Munson Healthcare system.

Dan Good
Supply Chain Manager
Dan is an experienced supply chain manager with a diverse healthcare operations and guest relations background. Dan began his career at CRSC in December 2011 as an OR Aide. He later took a break for clinical training. He returned in March 2013, transitioning through roles as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Materials Coordinator before assuming his current position as Supply Chain Manager. Dan holds an Associate of Arts in General Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Ministry from Clarks Summit University. He also has an Associates in Arts in Surgical Technology from Baker College – Cadillac and is a Certified Surgical Technologist. Dan’s dedication to efficient supply chain management and comprehensive healthcare support makes him an invaluable asset to the CRSC team.

Lisa Warren
Systems & Project Manager
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and brings 25 years of healthcare experience, with the past 18 years dedicated to Copper Ridge Surgery Center. Her career has encompassed key quality assurance roles, including DOT drug testing, plasmapheresis, and specialty antibody collection. Lisa has a well-rounded background in various aspects of Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations, covering front desk, administration, quality assurance, and information technology.
In her current position as Systems & Project Manager, Lisa provides comprehensive support for facility technologies, oversees projects aimed at streamlining operational processes, and assists the CEO in maintaining HIPAA compliance. Her primary goal is to leverage technology to enhance efficiency and security, enabling clinicians to devote their attention to patient care.
